What’s included
in routine service?
Mow the accessible lawn
We mow the front, back, and side lawn included in your agreed quote. Tell us about locked gates, narrow access, uneven ground, or other obstacles before the visit so we can confirm the scope.
Trim where the mower can’t reach
Weed eating handles grass around fences, posts, and other accessible obstacles. This is grass trimming, not chemical weed control or landscape-bed weeding.
Finish with clipping cleanup
Grass clippings are blown off driveways, sidewalks, and other hard surfaces included in the visit. Routine service does not include bagging or hauling away yard debris.

How we quote
your lawn.
Lawn size, grass condition, access, and service frequency all affect the quote. Share your property address, a few current lawn photos, and whether you want a one-time or recurring visit. An on-site look may be needed before the final price is agreed.
Overgrown lawn?
Overgrown yards need a separate quote because the first visit can involve more time and work than routine maintenance. Let us know about tall grass and hidden debris when you contact us. Don’t assume a routine-maintenance quote covers an overgrown first cut.
Before the crew arrives
- Confirm the service day and which lawn areas are included.
- Unlock gates and secure pets.
- Remove toys, pet waste, and loose items from the lawn.
- Tell us about access changes. Weather delays may require an updated service day.
Tree work, landscape installation, chemical treatments, bagging, and debris hauling are not part of our current routine service.
