How we handle your inquiry

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, service address, neighborhood, lawn details, and your permission for GrassBusters to respond. We use this information to review service coverage, prepare your estimate, and discuss scheduling.

Stored for our team to review

Your request is stored in GrassBusters’ private operations system hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The public website does not show submitted requests. Submitting a form does not create a customer portal account, book a visit, authorize a payment, or enroll you in a marketing list.

Basic abuse prevention

We use a short-lived form token and a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address in our inquiry records. Request-limit records are cleared after 24 hours when new requests arrive.

Corrections and questions

To correct your inquiry, ask about your information, or request deletion, call or text 346-320-9149. Do not send payment details, identity documents, or gate codes through this form.
